Evidently, anti-LGBT conservatives are still whining about losing a popular vote in Ireland, and are now lashing out violently.
From Gay Star News:
A bomb squad was called to the office of an Irish gay rights charity today after a sinister package arrived with a single note saying 'Goodbye'.I've seen a lot of whining about "harassment" of opponents of marriage equality in Ireland, but I've never seen any evidence. The suspicious box arrived at the office of the Gay and Lesbian Equality Network (GLEN) in Dublin a few hours ago.
Davin Roche, the director of workplace diversity and GLEN, told Gay Star News that everyone was shocked when the package arrived.
Members of Dublin Fire Brigade and the Defence Forces were immediately called to the scene on Exchange Street.
'I think everyone was very concerned,' Roche said. 'The bomb squad and all of the emergency services took it very seriously and as a significant incident.'
Thankfully, the substance inside the package was found to be non-toxic and the team were allowed to go back in to the office.
Meanwhile, bomb and (presumably) anthrax hoax attacks are being perpetrated against supporters of marriage equality, and I haven't heard a peep of protest.
Once again, conservatives, tell me how we are intolerant, and tell me how you are not utter hypocrites.
